How it's made🍸

4-6 slices of green apple

Spirit of Society Baijiu - 50mlJasmine syrup - 22.5mlLemon juice - 30mlMaraschino cherry liquor - 7.5ml

Shake with ice, garnish with the green apple slices and salted plum.

Method

To make the Jasmine Syrup

20gm of Jasmine tea
500ml of hot water
500gm of sugarInfusion
20gm of Jasmine tea into
500ml of hot water for 20min then strain jasmine hot tea and blend with same amount of sugar.
